New Board Member: thank you to those who showed interest in being a member of the HOA board. It was voted and we'd like to welcome new board member Sarah Grate. 

Park Update: Thank you for your patients as we worth out the kinks of getting the new playground set up. New playground will be installed August 20-24th. \

Theater room: The board is working on getting this issue fixed. What we thought was a fixed issue was taken care of then discovered it was still not fully resolved. We are working on getting the sound fixed in the theater room.

Allison :
* Playground update: Currently waiting to here from our installer of when the park will be installed.

* Clubhouse follow up: theater room furniture rehab: we are currently looking into either replacing or rehabbing the current couches in the theater room.

* New President - new board member position will be available.

* Clubhouse signs/contact info change - change of contact info with new board members contact information.

* Garbage enclosures - contacting landscape to have these cleaned out.

* Pool Closure procedure training - Allison trained all board members in attendance the proper way to turn off outside showers properly.

Renae:
* Will be calling in talk about pool guests.

Michael:

* Mid- year finance budget review

* Basketball hoop - it was brought to the boards attention that the new basketball hoop looked crooked. Pictures were taken and reviewed. We are getting this matter taken care of.

* Water Damage Claim

Ryan:
* Sprinkler repairs

* Cats - as a board we remind our community to not feed any stray cats. Please contact the HOA board to report anyone doing so.

* Bees - it seems there has been an increase of bees this year. Just a friendly reminder that Bees are part of our natural habitat. We are doing our best as a board to help our community with the increase of Bees.


Spencer:
* Theater room - HOA board is aware of the issues with the TV in the theater room. We have located the issue and the matter is being taken care of.

* Gym door - our community may have noticed that the door in the gym hasn't been working. We are aware and the matter is being fixed.

* Keycard lending

Kristina :
* Keycard system - getting bids for a possible new keycard system or update of current system.

Pool will open Friday May 25, 2018.

Basketball hoop will be removed and installed in the next couple weeks. We are replacing the hoop with with a more solid hoop/pole. It will be replaced with one solid piece to prevent future bending or damage to the basketball hoop.

As a board we would like to thank Elizabeth Hylton for her time served and spent as our HOA President. Elizabeth and her family will be moving and will be surely missed.
With the move of our President we have voted a new member to the board.  We'd like to welcome Spencer Maxfield as that newest member.

Update: 

*Playground
 At our monthly HOA meeting our grounds crew company MD Property was in attendance to discuss some of our grounds/landscape projects we have planned.
The new playground equipment was to be installed this Spring. We do not have a set date at this time when that will occur. MD Property will first examine and fix some leaks we have in the commons area by the big park. Once that is done and the issue has been addressed HOA board will move forward with our new playground installment. We will update our community as the process moves along.

*Ants
There has been some concern about ants being in the clubhouse Great Room and Theater room. We ask the community to double check the carpet areas after using the clubhouse.  We do have a cleaning lady come once a week, but with so many reservations we ask the community to help vacuum thoroughly after their reservation and use of the clubhouse. Also, there have been ant traps set in the Kitchen, Great Room and Theater. Thank you for your help with this matter.

*Gym Equipment 
As an HOA board we have heard your concerns and requests for new equipment in the gym area. You will see in the gym that the big multiple weight machine has been removed and a treadmill removed and replaced with a brand new one.
Please be patient with our board as we are working on getting some other new equipment to replace the weight machine. We will keep our community update when those gym items are available.
