Assignments Review/Tabled Items:

• Kristina - Email Updates - 
• Dumpster enclosure cleaning: Month of May = Renae. Month of June = Spencer.
• Bryant & Peak - Sprinklers are on and repairs are identified and have been started. Major repairs have been fixed. Peak will be walking around doing minor adjustments.
• Project Management Presentation -

• Painting Doors and Shutters Follow-Up: Renae send Kristina the picture of green paint. Order shutters. - Friday, Renae will do a count on how many shutters we need. Keep a list of addresses and shutter color.

• Broken Utility Boxes - Janell calling centurylink
• Board Member Participation Policy - Renae forgot to email two options out…

New Business:

• Move Ins/Outs & Emails  - a couple new move ins and emails that she hasn’t been able to get. working on getting updated info. New person on 150 East .780 still for sale. Unit for rent.

• Patrick Murphy Emails - Janell & Renae; next community email include that we need the creek to be kept well.
• Landscaping/Dying Shrubs
• Earthquake Insurance - 
• Outdoor Structure repair questions
• Termites - Spencer, call pest control people see what can be done to fix the issue.
• Fences - Rich follow up with Brian if they do fence repair.
• Sprinklers
• Dumpsters & Additional Pick Up Options- Please remember there are alot of people staying home which has caused more trash in our dumpsters. Please remember to break down boxes, not to throw away furniture or larger items that are not meant for the dumpsters
• Pool opening - The pool opening tentative date is Memorial Day. Showers will not be on or pool furniture out due to the COVID-19. We ask that you bring your own camping chair to sit on. The board thanks you for your understanding during this time.
• Open space - sprinklers and sod for grass??? Concrete & Pavillion??? How much?
• Landscape Position - Temporary Plan and Long Term Plan
• Basic Contractor Form “Invoice” for Craig, Alex, etc. - Krisitina in charge.

Community Reminder:
Recycling is not an included amenity. Recycling bins in our community are designated and paid for by individual units.

RECYCLING:
Springville City offers a biweekly residential curbside recycling program for Springville residents. The cost for this environmentally friendly service is $7.43 per month.

A customer service rep can help you sign up for recycling. 
(801) 491-7867.

Please make sure recycling cans are put out on the street by 7 a.m. on the day of your recycling route. Please refer to the recycling schedule below for your pick up date and time.

If you miss the recycling truck, please be aware there will be a $30 fee for late can pick up.

By participating in the recycling program, you commit to having your recycling can for at least six months.

COMMUNITY NOTICE:

Spring Pest Control Spray:

- We have our Spring Pest Control Spray scheduled for Thursday, March 5th. 

- If you would like them to spray your backyard foundation, please leave your back gate UNLOCKED. They will let themselves in, spray and let themselves out.

- If you would like them to spray inside your home, please call: 801-719-1571. If you schedule the interior spray for the same day (March 5th), this service will only cost $20.
