- Newsletter - Allison will have it out to the community within the month. Discussed what information needs to be included.
- Unit 57 Tree - The tree in front of this unit has an excess of berries and has created unsightly and messy issues. Home owners have attempted to clean up the berries. Discussed the possibility of having Peak remove the tree. Jim will look at it and let us know.
- Budget - This past month, he moved some money over from the checking account to savings.
- Late Dues - 2 units are over $1000 behind on monthly dues. Liens were placed months ago. Rich and Allison will contact these home owners to find a resolution. 2 more units are close to $300 behind and will be notified that if they are not caught up, liens will be placed on their units. Current total of units behind on monthly dues: 16.
- Landscape Maintenance 2015 - The current landscaping contract we have with Peak Landscaping runs from March 1 - October 31. Usually, we have them trim and maintain the shrubs and bushes twice a year - which was not often enough last year. In order to keep the same price on Peak's contract, Jim suggested not start landscaping until April (depending on weather) and spread out the shrub and bush trimming throughout the warm season. As a board, we agreed to this plan. He will also gather information on mulch for the complex and we will discuss at a future meeting.
- New Move-Ins - Discussed any new residents to the community.
- Theater Room Update - A new projector was installed the week before the Superbowl. Our previous projector was broken and it was more cost effective to purchase a new one. Jenelle will type new instructions and post them in theater room.
- Hot Tub re-open - Discussed a possible re-opening date for the hot tub. Tentative date: March 15. Jenelle will speak with Trevor with Liquid Assets to see when they can install the new heater and do the resurfacing of the hot tub.
- Rundown of future clubhouse projects - Security camera update: We will have a few cameras moved and a couple new ones installed for $850 or less. Jenelle will have "No Food" signs posted around pool area. Sometime this summer, Jenelle would like to have the exercise room carpet replaced with rubber tiles. She is still collecting bids. This September, we will purchase the new pool cover and pool cover pump for a total of $1650.
