COMMUNITY NOTICE:

Spring Pest Control Spray:
- We have our Spring Pest Control Spray scheduled for Thursday, March 5th
- If you would like them to spray your backyard foundation, please leave your back gate UNLOCKED. They will let themselves in, spray and let themselves out.
- If you would like them to spray inside your home, please call: 801-719-1571. If you schedule the interior spray for the same day (March 5th), this service will only cost $20.

Assignments Review/Tabled Items:

  • Kristina - Email Updates and Overhaul - 
  • Cheryl - Visa Cash Back Credit Card - Capital One, we got it and will move as many payments to that and set up automatic payment at the end of each month.
  • Reserve Improvement Project - Ideas
    • Community Yard Sale- all proceeds go to the reserve and unsold items to the DI.
    • Adjusting project priorities and costs
    • Grant Writing - funds or goods
    • Sponsors or sponsored events- talk to local businesses to generate some money.
    • “Do it ourselves” days
    • Money back credit card for regular expenditures
    • Rent out the clubhouse/amenities
  • Broken Fences - This fence has been repaired.
  • Dumpster Issues & Fixes - board members will clean every dumpster and the surrounding area each month.
  • Fixing dumpster posts and replacement of clips: Bid ranging between : $400-$500 or its been proposed to just replace the fence latches.
  • Reduced Landscaping Schedule - explore every other week grass cutting, board rake leaves day(s) - 2-3 times a year
New Business:

  • CC&R Review - Board Composition - page 24
11.2 - 11.15

  • Abandoned Car - It has been brought to the boards attention about abandoned vehicles on the premises. Notice has been issued.
  • Community Reminder: Excess parking is for one vehicle per spot. Other types of structures other than a car or motorcycle, prior to approval from the Board is needed.
  • Painting Doors and Shutters - This matter discussed for end March into April.
    • We need to make sure the door frames are included
    • We need to make sure we have the correct sheen/look as well

  • Renae - Annual Calendar Creation- Have a calendar for us as a Board - include HOA meetings, pool opening, cleaning days, etc.

  • Cheryl - Utah Pools Invoice. working on clearing up issue with the invoice.
New Business:

  • Accountant Report - Subfolder Paypal (moved to Treasurer Communication) and Subfolder 
    • Resolution - due to accountant transfer, no late charges due in January and mail will be forwarded by Tawnya to our new P.O.Box

  • Fire & Hazard Insurance Proposal - Cheryl met with our insurance and contacted other HOAs to find out what they do on their policies.
    • Resolution - increase deductible to $10k and earthquake to 20% - all in favor.
  • Broken Fences - We have a current broken fence. Ryan will look into a project . - BaseCamp project.
  • Dumpster Issues & Fixes - board members will clean every dumpster surround monthly. Posts and clip replacement = $400-$500 or just do the latch?
  • Reduced Landscaping Schedule - explore every other week grass cutting, board rake leaves day(s) - 2-3 times a year
  • Move Ins/Outs - Welcome all new members to our great community.
