We are happy to have you in our community! The Willows of Springville is a great place to live, and we hope that we get the chance to get to know you!

Here are a few things that you need to know about our community and living here.

The Willows of Springville HOA Board consists of unit owners who sacrifice their personal time and talents for the betterment of our community.  We require 24-48 hours to respond to all communications from community members and partnering organizations (realtors, contractors, etc.)
For home sale or refinance require up to 72 hours to fill those out and send them back.
Much of the information you seek can be found here on this blog page.  
For repair requests, we require a copy of the inspections list and at least one full business week to address those items that fall within our responsibility.

Dues: 
Our monthly dues are $183 starting January 1, 2021.
What it covers?  These dues cover the cost of water/sewer/trash, landscaping/ snow removal, clubhouse amenities, pool/hot tub maintenance and insurance.
Where should they be sent? Association dues are due the 1st of each month and are to be paid to "The Willows of Springville" and sent to PO Box 87 Springville, UT 84663. Payments can also be made through Paypal by following the link on the right side of our main blog page.

Transfer Fee: 
The transfer fee associated with purchasing a home is $366.00 (monthly dues x2).

Key Cards/Clubhouse Access:
We offer a key card for clubhouse/pool access. In order to be issued a key card, please call our Clubhouse Manager. One key card is issued per unit. New key cards are $20. Prior to receiving a key card you must sign acknowledging your have read and will comply with the communities' Rules and Regulations. These Rules and Regulations are attached here.

Insurance:
The Associations master policy insurance is covered by State Farm Insurance. If you are in need of an Insurance Certificate, please contact his office @ 801-489-5636. The HOA's master insurance policy has a deductible of $10,000.
Our CC&Rs require owners to have an HO-6 condo/town home contents insurance policy which should as well include liability coverage and building coverage of at least $10,000. 
Your current insurance carrier or Rich Davis with Allstate 801.426.5666 can be contacted about acquiring this policy as well.

RV Parking:
Our community has a RV Parking in the very north west section of the development. For a nominal cost we can provide access to the RV Parking.  Please fill out the registration form (located in the attached documents to your right) and email them to the board thewillowshoa@gmail.com or place the form under the Clubhouse Manager's door at the Clubhouse. The RV parking area is not a storage area for abandoned vehicles. Vehicles located in the storage area must be considered operable and registration current.

Clubhouse Reservations:
Our residents may reserve the clubhouse for group events if they wish by going to the clubhouse and picking up a reservation form in the kitchen. **Please check the calendar posted at the entrance before submitting a reservation.**

The form must be filled out, a check for the deposit attached, and the form can be slid through the mail slot in the office door. Our clubhouse manager will review the form and put the reservation on the posted calendar. Please check back in a few days to see that your reservation has been posted to the calendar.

If you wish to reserve the clubhouse for longer than a 4 hour period or stay longer than the 4 hour reserved time, there is a $10.00 fee for each hour the reservation extends beyond the 4 hours. All deposits and payments must be provided in the form of a check.

Mail Keys:
If you do not know which mail slot correlates with your unit upon move in, please contact the Post Office. The HOA does not have any information regarding mail keys or slots.


Other Helpful Information:
Our trash is picked up every Tuesday morning. Please do not place large items in the dumpsters. Recycling bins are located on the North side of the community. For more information about scheduling click here

Recycling 
Recycling is not an included amenity. Recycling in our community are paid for and designated by individual units. Recycling bins are located on 175 East most North area of the community close to the RV parking.
Springville City offers a biweekly residential curbside recycling program for Springville residents. The cost for this service is $7.43 per month.
A customer service rep can help you sign up for your recycling by calling (801) 491-7867.

Our hot tub and pool are open from about May-September depending on weather.

An HOA meeting is held monthly, reminders are posted here and sent out via e-mail. We encourage anyone in the community to attend! We love to receive feedback about what is going on in the community and what we can do better as a board. HOA meeting is held every second Wednesday of each month.
