• No candidate for Board Member - do we need to switch to a property management company?

• Dumpster Clean: November = Renae; December = Rich

• Dumpster extra pick ups (Fridays and Holidays) update

• Landscaping Bid - talked to Hugo and brother with Cowboys and it looks good except we didn’t bid the green space.

• Snow Removal Final Decision

• Annual meeting review

New Business:

• Move Ins/Outs Report: Welcome new move ins.

• Fall Newsletter

• Remove Hoses, snow removal procedures

• Annual Meeting Results/Info.

• Comp. and Noncomp. Board Member

• Positions Adjustments

• 2022 Budget Item Proposals -

• Phase 2 bushes - $4000

• Pool and hot tub. $7,000 replace tiles etc. 

• CC&Rs? Revisit attorney

• Short Term Rentals- reviewing city rules on this matter.

• Hot Tub Monitoring- new monitoring system for hot tub use.
