    • Kristina - Email Updates and Overhaul Plan - blitz - March 21st @ 10am - all board contact info blitz! - Renae will create info gathering form.

    • Reserve Improvement Project - Ideas
      • Community Yard Sale- all proceeds go to the reserve and unsold items to the DI
      • Adjusting project priorities and costs
      • Grant Writing - funds or goods
      • Sponsors or sponsored events- talk to local businesses to generate some $

      • $ back credit card for regular expenditures
      • Rent out the clubhouse/amenities
    • Dumpster Issues & Fixes - board members will clean every dumpster surround monthly. Posts and clip replacement = $400-$500 or just do the latch?
      • Resolution - leave gate open and as is.
    • Reduced Landscaping Schedule - explore every other week grass cutting, board rake leaves day(s) - 2-3 times a year - this will only save us $100 a month with other companies, push on Bryan to get his bid and make the final decision in April.

      • Abandoned Car - Moved to new space - Janell fixed. - Registration blitz on the 21st as well.
      • Pod Delivery Time Limit? - Renae will reach out to owner.
      • Painting Doors and Shutters - Cheryl will follow up and text for approval and set a date.
      • RV lot clean up - Ryan, can we organize a spring clean up? We need to check registration on trailers, get rid of sprouting trees and junk. - blitz on the 21st
      • Blog Updates -

Community Reminder:
Recycling is not an included amenity. Recycling bins in our community are designated and paid for by individual units.

RECYCLING:
Springville City offers a biweekly residential curbside recycling program for Springville residents. The cost for this environmentally friendly service is $7.43 per month.

A customer service rep can help you sign up for recycling. 
(801) 491-7867.

Please make sure recycling cans are put out on the street by 7 a.m. on the day of your recycling route. Please refer to the recycling schedule below for your pick up date and time.

If you miss the recycling truck, please be aware there will be a $30 fee for late can pick up.

By participating in the recycling program, you commit to having your recycling can for at least six months.
