- Garbage company bids - getting bids from other companies to find cheaper price; current bids from Allied and Waste Management
- Fences - Dumpster enclosures fixed
- Treadmill/Elliptical - look into getting rid of bikes and one elliptical in Clubhouse; possibly purchase 1-2 treadmills or an elliptical machine with savings from garbage company?
- Dog Owner Update: working on resolution with dog owners (renters); will contact home owners
- NW Garbage enclosure (latch) - fixed (noted above)
- Treasurer Position - Amber will retain position, but share duties with previous board member, Michael; will re-evaluate situation in April; both members partial compensation
- Monthly Financial Report - 5 Units paid old rate of $122; 4 units behind on monthly dues; 1 unit with lien on household\
- Treasurer Duties (noted above)
- Taxes - Amber will file our taxes before April 1
- Unit 83 - owners notified of lien; Rich and Amber to visit them
- No business
- Any new homeowners or renters?
- Work-out room fixture/men's bathroom switch - have supplies; will fix soon
- Reservations - time limit on "first come, first serve"?
- Treadmills - (noted above); keep current 2; get 1 or 2 more if possible
- Hot Tub Update - maintenance issues; hot tub will open when pool opens in spring
- General Clubhouse Updates
Proposed: With projected savings from changing garbage companies, we would like to purchase 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical machine OR 2 treadmills (after research) for the clubhouse
