Community Time: Due to COVID-19 a zoom monthly board meeting was held from the safety of our homes.

• Kristina - Email Updates - 
• RV tracking process - Ryan
• Dumpster - April = Kristina, May = Renae
• Bruce & Peak - Schedule walk-around and invite Renae. Ryan will send Peak info to us.
• Project Management Presentation - Ryan - 
• Registration Blitz - Due to COVID-19 registration blitz and RV parking cleanup and blitz will be postponed until further notice.
• Painting Doors and Shutters- This project has begun and moving forward.
• Broken Utility Boxes - Janell calling centurylink and Ryan will make temporary fix.
• Board Member Participation Police

New Business:

• Move Ins/Outs - Miller's town home is up for sale?
• Sprinkler Turn On - 
• Community Garden - This has been brought to the boards attention. At this time we have voted no on this matter.
• Renew Business License
• Open space - sprinklers and sod for grass??? How much?
