  • Registration Blitz - wait until fall
  • Painting Doors and Shutters Follow-Up: Renae send Kristina the picture of green paint. Order shutters. - Friday, Renae will do a count on how many shutters we need. Keep a list of addresses and shutter color.
  • Board Member Participation Policy - Renae forgot to email two options out…
  • Termites - Spencer, call pest control people
  • Fences - Rich follow up with Brian if they do fence repair.
  • Open space - sprinklers and sod for grass??? Concrete & Pavillion??? How much?
  • Basic Contractor Form “Invoice” for Craig, Alex, etc. - Krisitina in charge
    • List of Contractors - Renae
    • Shutter!!!

    • Create Craig excel spreadsheet
    • Follow up with Krisitina to get CC&Rs on the blog ASAP.
New Business:

  • CC&R Review - Outside repairs obligations
  • Move Ins/Outs: Welcome all new renters and owners to the community.
  • Landscaping:
    • Walk Through -There are some areas in the community that needed re-sodding. Community members may notice the sprinklers on in areas more often. That is to help the sod get enough water to help the re-sodding process. In front of the clubhouse under the pine tree's and along the sidewalks areas. Landscape also has been doing a great job at making sure edges look sharper and cleaner.
    • Sprinklers- some areas are on more often during the re-sodding process.
    • Wood Chips- wood chips left over from the parks will be distributed with in the week.
  • Pool Tile Problems - chairs - Spencer will have sign out by Saturday. Clock needs new batteries.
  • Key Card Updates
  • RV Park Clean Up - push to the fall - warn homeowners when it is coming so they can adjust/register accordingly.
  • Outdoor Bike Storage - Just a reminder that all bikes must be kept in your unit number parking stall or kept in your backyard. Bikes and large items are not to be stored on porches, in the bushes or on grass areas. Please do your part to help keep our community nice.
  • Dump Cleanup Run - Alex is moving. What do we do now with our big dump items?
